I gather the requirements for the team’s project and prepare a 2 weeks sprint plan in Jira/kanban boards and assign the team members suitable for the particular tasks.
Once the sprint starts, respective assigned team members including me will pick the tasks and start working by having a coke and chips aside on the table (Have to enjoy the work, eh !).
Before the deadline, my team will deliver the completed tasks and mark them as done in Jira and move on to the next sprint for new challenges. That’s all folks!
